Highland Art Show

The Highland Art Show that I mentioned in "Forthcoming Event" was a great success. All commisssions from the sale of art works was in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support ...... a very worthy cause.
There was an abundance of all kinds of art works in all types of media in the show. A lot of very talanted local people!
I sold 3 of my photographs, mounted prints and greeting cards. I was delighted not only at selling my work but knowing that I have contributed to a very worthwhile organisation.
The total raised was £11,748.25 !! Fantastic !!
The Fundraising Manager from Macmillan Cancer Support has said in her very nice letter that she can't begin to say how much of a difference this will make to local people affected by cancer.
